Alexander, a resident of Moscow, was among the ten Russian crew of the airline who checked at
Trident hotel around 7 am on Sunday. They had booked 10 rooms for three days.
Around 1:10 am on Monday, while others were in their rooms, two women crew membersu00a0 were in room no 1603 with Sergei Voronkov and Alexander. Andreyanov was talking to someone in Moscow on his cellphone, while the other three were chatting among themselves.
After the call, Alexander had walked slowly towards the door as if trying to do something. Suddenly, heu00a0ran towards the window and jumped off, breaking through the glass.u00a0 The Trident officials alerted the police and rushed Alexander to Bombay Hospital, where he died.
The police are yet to ascertain the reason behind his suicide and will collectu00a0his telephone records. The police will question those with whom he reportedly spoke over the phone beforeu00a0the suicide.u00a0
DCP Vishwas Nangre Patil of Zone 1, said, "We will collect the telephone records on his mobile phone to find out whom he spoke to, and what was it about."
