Minibus on its way from Kolhapur to Mumbai with four hawaldars falls into valley
FOUR police officials travelling from Kolhapur to Mumbai met with an accident near Lonavla last afternoon. Two of them died on the spot.
The two who survived were admitted to Lokmanya Hospital in Chinchwad. The mishap occurred at 1.15 pm, when the driver of their minibus lost control over the vehicle and it fell into a valley.

"The condition of the injured officials is stable," said Police Sub-Inspector Yedge.
The deceased were identified as Sharad Chauhan (45) and Dashrath Tukaram More (45), and the injured as Sachin Mansingh Chauhan (25) and Rajendra Hilal Koli (50).
The police said all the officials involved in the accident were hawaldars with the Thane city police.
