A 42-year-old Nigerian woman who had come to India after her husband was jailed in a drug trafficking case allegedly took over her spouse's illicit business and started selling narcotics in the city with the help of her 20-year-old son. The Malwani police arrested the youth, Frank Ezi, with mephedrone (MD) worth about R5 lakh on Saturday night.
His mother, Grace, is absconding and the police are searching for her. According to the police sources, the mother and son had come to rescue Frank's father, Kenneth, 44, who has been in Taloja jail for the past one and a half years.
