Several areas in Mumbai faced water logging issues due to heavy rainfall (Pic/Ashish Raje)
Due to heavy rainfall, water-logging has been reported at Kurla station on the Harbour line on Friday afternoon.
According to the Central Railway update, on the DOWN Harbour line from Wadala to Mankhurd section, the suburban traffic has been closed as safety precautionary measure from 2.45 pm.
Giving further update, the Central Railway said, "All other sections are running. UP HARBOUR and MAINLINE are running smoothly. DOWN HARBOUR from CSMT to Wadala/Goregaon, DOWN HARBOUR from MANKHURD to PANVEL line, Transharbour line and Kharkopar line are operational."
