A woman operating a photocopy shop in Maharashtra's Palghar district was injured after another woman allegedly attacked her with a knife following a dispute, the police officials told news agency PTI said on Sunday.
The incident took place at the shop located in Virar area on Saturday evening, senior police inspector Rajendra Kamble told PTI.
The accused went to the victim's shop for getting a photocopy done. The two had some dispute following which the accused attacked the victim with the sharp weapon, he said.
The victim received injuries and was rushed to a local hospital where she was undergoing treatment, the police told PTI.

A case was registered against the accused under relevant provisions and a probe was on into it, they said.
In another incident, the police in Maharashtra's Palghar district arrested two persons who were allegedly fleeing with an SUV they had stolen from Pune, an official told PTI on Friday.
The police on Thursday received information that an SUV, worth Rs 20 lakh, was stolen from Pune and was heading to Talasari area of Palghar, inspector Vijay Mutadak told PTI.
The police set up a checkpost at Mumbai-Ahmedabad Highway and intercepted the vehicle at Dapchari RTO Naka this morning, he said.
The vehicle halted after a long chase and the two occupants who were fleeing towards Gujarat were arrested, the official said.
