A video of a man from Mumbai serving South Indian dishes in a unique way to his customers has gone viral for all the right reasons. The video which has fetched over 84 million views so far shows a man flying dosas straight from the skillet to the plate.
The video shared by Facebook page 'Street Food Recipes', shows the man making dosas and flipping them high into the air as such that they land right onto a waiting plate. The shop, Shree Balaji Dosa, is located in South Mumbai's Mangaldas Market.

The work of 'flying' the dosa from the skillet to the plate is carried with so much ease that it will shock and surprise you at the same time. "Serving Dosa LIKE A BOSS," read the caption of the video.
Since being shared the video has received over 1.3 million likes and tonnes of comments. One user said, "Amazing guy - throwing dosa in the air for serving to customers," while a second user commented, "He's serving food artistically." A third comment, however, read, "What's the fun in this? Is this required to make good food? Yes, it is a great skill, but unnecessary."
