To handle the festive rush this Bhai Duj, Delhi Metro Rail Corporation has added 200 extra trips on Friday. The trains will run at the frequency of peak-hours between 8 am to 8.30 pm, in addition to the extra rides.u00a0
u00a0"On Friday, 15 trains that are normally withdrawn from lines during non-peak hours will be pressed into service. This will take the number of trips to about 2,700 trips on the day," said a DMRC spokesperson.u00a0
Delhi Metro will also deploy more customer facilitation agents to help and guide commuters at busy junctions tomorrow. The trains will run as usual during the non-rush hours, from 6-11pm.
