Public can have their say about city infrastructure tomorrow.
Agenda for Bengaluru Infrastructure Development (ABIDe) Task Force will hold their first public consultation at the National Games Village, Builder's Club, Koramangala at 11 am tomorrow, July 12.
ABIDe invites citizens as well as their representative bodies, such as the Residents Welfare Associations, to comeu00a0 and be a part of the consultation, to give their inputs to making Bengaluru a world-class city in governance and administration.
ABIDe's recommendations on strengthening regional governance have been submitted to the government, but it wants the primary stake holders -- citizens -- to voice their opinions as well. The advisory body hopes the government will consider all their recommendations shortly.
Mr Rajeev Chandrasekhar, Member of Parliament and Convenor of ABIDe, said it "plans to hold a series of Public consultations in the city so that the best inputs of all our citizens can be applied in government."
Ananth Kumar, MP and vice chairman, ABIDe will preside and members of the ABIDe Task Force and other heads of city agencies will be present at the meet.
