Another isolated for swine flu

A 14-year-old boy, suspected to be H1N1 positive, was admitted to the isolation facility at Kasturba Hospital yesterday


While the teenager has already been put on a Tamiflu regimen, his throat swabs have been despatched for further tests at the hospital's in-house laboratory.

Meanwhile, a 45-year-old man from Bhiwandi, who was admitted to the infectious diseases hospital on Wednesday after he tested positive for H1N1, is now said to be stable.
