Builder Avinash Bhosale's daughter to marry Vengsarkar's son

In keeping with latest trend among rich and famous, Swapnali Bhosale to wed in Rajasthan

The wedding of city builder Avinash Bhosale's daughter Swapnali, a businesswoman, is scheduled to take place in Jodhpur in February.

Swapnali is getting married to Nakul, son of former Indian cricketer Dilip Vengsarkar. The lavish wedding will be a weeklong affair in the second week of February, said sources close to the family.

Swapnali, a successful businesswoman, preferred to stay away from the limelight and refused to divulge any details about her wedding.

"I am a very private person and want my wedding to remain a low-key affair," she said. "I do not want to talk to anyone. I can only say that the wedding is happening next year and not now."

If sources are to be believed, a popular city designer is designing most of the wedding outfits for Swapnali, including for the mehendi ceremony and the sangeet.

The trousseau will mostly have traditional sarees. Bright colours, including green, red and gold, have been used for the outfits.

Insiders said most VVIPs will be seen flitting in and out of the city in Bhosale's three personal helicopters.

Those close to the family are tight-lipped about the entire wedding and are refusing to divulge details.

Nakul, a well-settled architect, preferred staying away from cricket from an early age. Instead, he attended an architecture institute and got into the profession.
