In a video, the inmates at a jail in Kolhapur are caught enjoying and smoking pot.
It was quite a party for these inmates who were enjoying a feast of cashews, almonds and raisins while preparing chicken. Unmindful of the video, one prisoner also 'showed off' his moustache for the camera.
While the prisoners are having a gala time, no police officer or jailor is seen around them.
Deputy Inspector General of Prisons Bhushan Kumar Upadhyay said, "I have ordered a detailed inquiry into the matter and guilty officers will be punished."
