A chargesheet will be filed against alleged paedophile William Heum within 15 days, police here said on Tuesday after the Dutch national was granted bail by a local court.
Chennai Police Commissioner T Rajendran said a strong chargesheet against Heum would be filed in 15 days time.
Heum was given bail by a local court as the police had failed to file a chargesheet even after 80 days of having arrested him.
The Dutch national, who has been living in India for more than 30 years, will come out of jail in two days time. He was arrested last November on an alert sounded by the Interpol about him uploading child pornographic pictures on the internet.
