The cops raided the place at 11.45 pm, as commercial establishments and pubs in the city are supposed to shut down at 11.30 pm.
However, no arrests were made and the revelers were left off with a warning.

Tenzin, a Nepali national, said, "We are staying in this hotel and hence partying here." Jenny Evans, a 25-year-old Briton, said, "I'veu00a0 been in town since last three weeks and didn't know about the city deadline."
Constable Mahesh from Cubbon Park police station, who cleared the rooftop festivity, said, "As they were carousing post the deadline, we asked then to end the party."
Head Constable LN Murthy said, "Arresting them and producing them in court leads to unwarranted work. Also, as they weren't aware about the deadline, we left them off with a strict warning."
