Mantri Developers recently unveiled their new corporate social responsibility (CSR) programme, 'Mantri SEVA' (Supporting and Encouraging Voluntary Action).
The programme aims to generate a positive impact in the society by raising issues ranging from education to environment concerns.
The organisation also encourages individuals and communities to actively contribute towards the growth and development of society.
Snehal Mantri, director marketing, Mantri Developers, said, "This is our endeavor to serve the society in all possible manners.
Through this programme we aim to promote and engage, both individually and with partners, in social contribution activities that help strengthen communities and contribute to the enrichment of society."
For their first initiative, the developers collaborated with NGO Goonj for an old clothes donation drive.
This drive carried out at Bangalore, Hyderabad and Chennai.
The initiative was a success as more than 300 kg of clothings was sent to the earthquake and flood afflicted areas of Sikkim and Orissa, respectively.
