The death toll in the Delhi High Court blast rose to 12 Thursday with one more person succumbing to his injuries, police said
The victim died here at the Ram Manohar Lohia hospital's emergency ward.
"All we can say is one more victim has died, taking the death toll to 12," a Delhi Police officer said but hospital authorities refused to confirm the details of the deceased.
"Four injured are in a critical condition in the hospital's Intensive Care Unit," an official from the hospital said on condition of anonymity.
