Incident following a petty argument, victim critical

Do guns make you nervous? Irrespective of the answer, what should make you nervous is when rag-pickers of the city start carrying them and using them at will.

In one such incident a rag-picker opened fire at a youth after a petty argument in Mundka area near Nangloi in west Delhi. Police said that the accused, Mukesh was caught from the crime scene. A country-made pistol and some live cartridges have been recovered from his possession.

Police said that Mukesh fired at Neeraj, who works with a private firm. Neeraj suffered a bullet injury and undergoing treatment at Sanjay Gandhi Hospital, where his condition is stated to be critical.
