Young, college-educated and internet-savvy, the sibling owners of Cravings are like dozens of new entrepreneurs hoping to find a place in the food world.

This is the new generation of hands-on restaurateurs who might still bypass the kitchen altogether, and instead found culinary startups that serve vegan diet-busters.

Various moulded pieces of milk and dark chocolate made in-house are for sale for an unbelievable 5 rupees.

We dug in to the Chocolate Nougat (Rs 50) pastry with enthusiasm but it was the soft Tiramisu (Rs 50) that had real flair.
