Police shielding officer accused of harassing young journalist
In allegedly shielding one of its own, the Delhi police has forgotten that the man is question has even turned against them. It has been learned that a Special Operations Staff inspector Rajpal Dabas, who is accused of harassing a young journalist and sending her lewd SMSes, allegedly hacked into the e-mail of his senior officer to get the call details of his victim.

A traffic constable and his friend were arrested for allegedly raping a woman in a moving car in May 2010. The constable and his friend had befriended the woman over a period of time and one night, after having dinner at her residence, they all had gone out in a car. The constable and his friend overpowered her and took turns to rape her inside the car. She was dropped at her house next morning. The woman approached police in the evening after which a medical examination was conducted. The tests confirmed rape and the constable and his friend were arrested. |
