An Air-India flight from Mumbai with 115 passengers on board had to hover in the air for sometime before landing as a dog was found in the runway of the N S C Bose International Airport in Kolkata.
Airport sources said the Air Traffic Control (ATC) noticed a dog on the runway and asked the pilot of the plane, which was to land at 9 am, to hover before the runway was cleared of the dog.
