This Is It, a limited edition film on Michael Jackson, slated to release on October 28 worldwide, gives a sneak peak into this legendary musicians' behind the scenes rehearsals for his sold-out concerts. Here's what MJ fans can look forward to
It's been a little over three months since he left us, but the King of Pop will live in our hearts forever. Michael Joseph Jackson's documentary chronicles the life of the moonwalker from April through June 2009.
Michael Jackson or Jacko as he's called has been an influence world over with his tunes and his moves.
Everything about the star has been magnified, from his personal life to his career to his personal appearance.
Even his death remains to be a mystery. Putting all that behind us for now, we focus on the man, his music and a part of his life that everyone can get a glimpse of.
Titled This Is It, the documentary showcases rehearsal sessions, backstage footage and interviews of Michael as he prepared for 50 shows that were to premiere at London. The film's world premiere will be in Los Angeles on Tuesday, 27 October and will also open worldwide on October 28. The movie will be in theatres for only two weeks. Anjali Malhotra, Sony Pictures says, "This Is It is running all over the world for a two-week release in an in-concert format. Any type or kind of concert runs for a limited time so the movie is also following the same format."

Bookings for the movie are already on worldwide. Tickets are priced between Rs 100 at Urvashi and Rs 300 at Inox.

I grew up listening to MJ. I'm a crazy fan of his. In school, I wore his costume and sang We Are The World for a talent hunt show. I'm looking forward to watching this movie and I hope justice is done to the movie

I'd always wanted to watch Jacko live in concert before my death, but unfortunately that can't happen now. Atleast, I get to watch the movie and his rehearsals. I've researched his moves and from everything that I've learnt about him, I can say that the stage was his home. I grew up with his music and he inspired me to dance. I've also incorporated some of his moves in my salsa and other lessons
