WHAT's ON stumbled upon a new lifestyle store that sells vibrant Rajasthani dresses and accessories and found it to offer good value for money
Range: Naksh The Jaipur Store, is a one-stop shop offering exclusive accessories and dresses that are stitched and designed at their Jaipur factory. They sell kurtis, suit materials, patialas, churidars, dupattas, bags and
neck pieces.
Ambience: The entire store is done up in white. You instantly notice the colourful clothes hanging on both sides of the room. There is a huge antique mirror placed at the far end of the shop, which imparts an old-world feel.
Casual kurtis hang on the right side, while Anarkali kurtis are on the left. You will also find a range of party kurtis, salwar-kameez pieces and churidars. Accessories are stocked at the back of the cash counter.

We liked: A wide range of cotton fabrics and casual kurtis are available in vibrant colours and designs. While some are heavily embroidered, others are simple and elegant. They are reasonably priced and can be worn with salwars, churidars, or even jeans.
Though the anarkali plain kurtis with belts are a tad costly, they are graceful and beautifully designed. The accessories were affordable, though. Check out the wooden and stone neck pieces and the earrings that can be worn with western as well as Indian outfits.
On the flip side, we found the dupattas to be quite ordinary.
At: A5, Liberty II, North Main Road, opposite Lane 5, Koregaon Park.
