A 31-year-old former live band artiste married to a realtor was found dead in Madivala on Tuesday.
Sapna had come to Bangalore from Ludhiana around six years ago and had worked with many live bands before she met Moti Lal, a realtor.u00a0
The two fell in love and married five years ago. The couple, living in Madivala, was happy and there were no quarrels, police said.

On Tuesday, Moti Lal returned home in the night to see Sapna hanging from the bedroom ceiling. He immediately informed the police who rushed to the spot.
Police recovered a suicide note in Hindi stating no one was responsible for the death.u00a0 But they are investigating to find out if it was Sapna's handwriting.
"This can be clarified only after the post-mortem report," deputy commissioner of police (south east) B N S Reddy said.
Sapna's mother, Prajwal Kaur, who was informed by the police about the tragedy, requested them not to touch the body till her arrival.
"We agreed but after waiting for over 12 hours, we decided to shift the body to hospital for further formalities ," said an investigating officer. "We are waiting for Kaur's statement to initiate investigations," he added.
