Delhi police busted a gang of criminals operating in Delhi and NCR area and arrested three in this connection. Police also recovered a rifle, a revolver and pistols from their possession.

According to the police, the accused have been identified as Pardeep Dahiya, Joginder and Krishan. Police recovered a rifle with six live cartridges, a revolver with two live cartridges, two pistols with four live cartridges and a white Swift car as well.
On November 10, the police received a tip-off regarding the movement of three criminals. "We got the information that they were coming from Mangolpuri area in a Swift, between 6 and 7 pm. A trap was then laid near Kanjhavla area of outer Delhi," said a senior police officer.
He further said, "During the checking around 6:10 pm, a white Swift was seen coming from the Peera Garhi side and the informer confirmed the car.

It was stopped with the help of barricades and was surrounded from all sides. The person sitting with the driver was found in possession of a rifle aiming outside at the police team.

The third person was sitting in the rear seat of the car and had taken out a revolver, aiming at police team.u00a0 All the three were overpowered and taken out of the car."
"During the police interrogation, they revealed that Pardeep Dahiya collected money from cable operator and gamblers and was involved in 14 cases.
