Vijay Shewale and Rajan Udane, who are managing the restaurant in partnership, said Pawar had helped in the restoration of the Bakery and so they were planning to get him to formally inaugurate the restaurant on August 15.
"There may be a little change in the inauguration of the Bakery, though we have finalised August 15. It also depends on the availability of our chief guest," Shewale said. Shewale said only 1,600 square feet area could be used on the first floor for the bakery and 80 customers could be served at a time.
"The food shall be prepared elsewhere and served in the Bakery. The remaining area of 4,400 square feet of the complex is expected to be completed in the next three or four months," he said. "We have also made parking available near the complex."
