Goa Children's Court has granted permission to state Education Minister Atanasio Monserratte's son Rohit to travel abroad for 45 days along with his parents from April 20.

The court had on Monday granted him permission to travel abroad for 45 days on a holiday along with his parents from April 20.

Twenty-one-year-old Rohit, a management student, was charged for sexually abusing German minor girl after her mother filed a police complaint last year.

Junior Monserratte had surrendered before police on November 4 last year, a month after the complaint was lodged. On November 10, the Children's Court had directed Rohit to deposit his passport while granting him conditional bail.
