Your search for global delicacies ends at Park Plaza Noida, which has come up with a global food festival
Our obsessionu00a0 with butter chicken, tandoori roti, maa ki daal and gulabjamun gets better and better each time we move out to dine. Very rarely, our taste buds demand something refreshingly different. A similar gastronomic sensation recently hit me and I decided to surrender myself to the chefs of New Town Caf ufffd, who're featuring food from across the world. Read on as we give you more dope on the ongoing 'Global Food Festival'.
'Common' Sense
More than anyone else (even CWG authorities) the joints of splurging in the NCR region have prepared for the ongoing Commonwealth Games. These days it's not very tough to find menus and ambience that have been especially crafted for the sporting gala. And this place is no different. Itsu00a0 executive chef, Sarabjeet Walia says, "The world has come to the Capital so we decided to take food connoisseurs around the world."
Each day is different
"Each day here has a different cuisine. So if on a Sunday, Mexican is being served, on Tuesday we'll serve Italian or American. While in the Mexican spread, you'll get to taste a variety of Mexican spices and ingredients. Plus, the presentation of Mexican spread is eye catching. On the other hand, American cuisine is more about fast foods and finger snacks like burger, pizzas and rolls. We have also kept a day for Indian cuisine," adds the chef about the fare that's served only during the dinner hours. Other available up cuisines are European, Chinese, French, Mexican, Mediterranean and Italian.
Try out
Paprika flavored lamb shanks (European), coq au vin (French), kacche gosht ki biryani (India), herbed polenta cakes with roasted red pepper confit (Italian), chicken cacciatore (Italian), tacos and enchiladas (Mexican), sliced lamb in chili schezwan sauce (Chinese) and teppanyaki chicken (Japanese) are some of the tempting options available.
