Heavy rains turn Mumbai into water world

As the heavens opened up, Mumbai's infrastructure fell flat on its face with several areas going under water, motorists getting stranded in traffic jams, local trains running 40 minutes behind schedule and several services being cancelled. Mumbaikars had no option but to go with the flow
