After Komal's escaping act from the film sets of Director's Special, the film's director Guruprasad shares with us on what happened behind the scenes

After Komal's escaping act from the film sets of Director's Special, the film's director Guruprasad shares with us on what happened behind the scenes. Jaggesh has worked for Guruprasad's popular movies like Matha and Eddelu Manjunatha. Komal is comedian Jaggesh's younger brother.

"I had been egged on by Komal to make a script for his brother since last two and half years. It is strange that now when the script is ready he ran away without saying a word. It is a challenging role and we are all here to help him. If he was a disciplined actor, he could have shared his problems with me instead of leashing it out in public. I'm quite stunned by his act. Because of this I will always be skeptical in future now of my commitments with Jaggesh's family in future," says director Guruprasad.

"I had explained the entire story to Komal and had confirmed him as a lead actor, but now I will have to alter the character as I'm afraid he would have leaked the script. I am not scared about story stealers, but such incidents scare me. This could also mean that he could steal some of our best punch lines or misuse them and alter them for other scripts before the movie is released," he explains.

The KFCC has agreed to the English title used for this Kannada film, which in itself is puzzling, what with the ensuing debate on filmmakers and the chamber on the issue of film titles.
