Jailed MP to Lok Sabha takes oath in Parliament

Patna High Court ordered incarcerated MP to be sent to Parliament for taking oath.

While hearing a petition of Mr Baitha, Justice Mridula Mishra directed the Inspector General of Bihar to make suitable arrangements for escorting the newly elected MP from Sasaram jail to New Delhi and also asked the administration to ensure that Mr Baitha attend the proceedings of the Lok Sabha for a day.
