Jailed DMK MP Kanimozhi will leave Tihar Jail Tuesday evening, a day after she was granted bail by the Delhi High Court in the 2G case, prison authorities said.
"She is likely to leave Tihar jail around 7 p.m. Tuesday. As of now she is attending the court proceedings in jail," a Tihar jail official told IANS.
Kanimozhi, the daughter of former Tamil Nadu chief minister M. Karunanidhi, has been in Tihar jail for over six months.
Besides the 43-year-old Rajya Sabha member, bail was also granted to Kalaignar TV chief Sharad Kumar, Cineyug Films' Karim Morani and Kusegaon Fruits and Vegetables Pvt Ltd directors Asif Balwa and Rajeev B. Agarwal.

Kanimozhi's husband Aravindan expressed happiness over the court order. "Obviously it was a big relief for the family. She is likely to come out in the evening as she has to be in the court now."
