The police investigating the case of a spy camera hidden in the ladies washroom of a call centre in northwest Delhi are yet to see the tapes to find out the exact duration of the recording. The police claimed to have arrested one of the male employees of the company identified as Sanjay Kumar, reportedly in his 20s, but are yet to ascertain the amount of information he has made public with the video footage.

What's shocking is that the evidence of the footage submitted to the police is found to be damaged. Narendra Bundela, deputy commissioner of police (northwest) said, "We are yet to see the footage. The pen drive in which we were given the footage was damaged. We have come to know that the actual footage was of five minutes."

The incident came to light, after a few female employees of the HSS call centre in Pitampura complained to the police that they had found a spy camera in the female washroom four days ago and had informed the office authorities about it. A woman employee found the spy-camera in a packet of air freshener, which was hanging in the ladies restroom.

"When one of the women entered the lavatory she saw something blinking in the Odonil packet. On closer scrutiny, she found out that it was a pen camera and informed the company management," said a police official.

After the complaint the police sent a team to the call centre and after interrogations picked up Sanjay Kumar, a male employee of the company who works with the HR department.
