Failing to seduce his ex-employer's wife, this man mudered him in hope that some day she would marry him
The KG Halli police have arrested Sunil Kumar (21), and his friend Kalidas for murdering the former's ex-employer, Tulsiraman.
Killer love: Sunil Kumar
Preliminary investigations have revealed that Sunil had been eyeing Tulsiraman's wife Manjula for a long time, and killed his former boss when Manjula didn't reciprocate his feelings. The police have sent the duo to judicial custody.
Sunil had come to Tulsiraman looking for a job two years ago. Tulsiraman was a mason, and he readily offered Sunil a job as his assistant. Soon, Sunil proved his worthu00a0-- he was good at his job, and also held Tulsiraman in the highest esteem. Tulsiraman too, trusted his assistant.
Jealousy sets in
The two had decided to start a business of their own. Tulsiraman used to invite Sunil over to his house occasionally, where would have a casual drink. He would often have a chat with Manjula, and she didn't mind, because he was a regular visitor to the house, and her husband trusted Sunil.

Before he realised, Sunil had fallen for Manjula. Now he would try to make eye contact with her whenever he could. But Manjula noticed the sudden change in his behaviour, and started avoiding him.
Soon, Tulsiraman noticed it as well, and asked Sunil to stay away from his wife. He also fired Sunil from the job.
But Sunil didn't stop going over to their house. Moreover, Sunil had lent Tulsiraman some money, and now he asked for it back, to which Tulsiraman refused.
Following this incident, Sunil started drinking heavily, and was arrested for two separate incidentsu00a0-- transferring country liquor, and threatening a doctor. In jail, he cooked up a theory that the misfortune was caused by Tulsiraman, and decided to kill him.
In his delusions, he thought that after Tulsiraman was dead, he would marry Manjula. He roped in Kalidas, and told him that Tulsiraman would have to die because of some business differences.
On November 21, while Tulsiraman was returning home from work, Sunil and Kalidas attacked him with sharp weapons, and killed him.
When he didn't return home, Tulsiraman's mother filed a complaint with the KG Halli police station. The police cracked the case within a week, and arrested the murdering duo. KG Halli PI T Rangappa said, "We have sent the two to judicial custody."
