A 43-year-old man was arrested yesterday for allegedly raping his minor daughter at his home in Ota scheme in Nigdi.

The suspect had allegedly raped his 13-year-old daughter on Tuesday night. He complained of pain and asked his daughter to massage his legs and then committed the act. The man was arrested after his daughter called up the police control room to report her father's heinous crime. Personnel from Nigdi police station arrested him yesterday from his residence.
According to the police, the man's wife had died few years ago due to burn injuries and he was living with his two daughters.u00a0
