Summers can never be complete without a mango feast

Summers can never be complete without a mango feast. Now, you can savour mango dishes at this ongoing festival till you drop. It's a love affair with the fruit befitting a burning summer.

From a variety of nine drinks which also include mango and apple smoothies and aam aur pudina ka ras, we opted for quite a filling ambi panna, which was a simple recipe with kacha aam, pudhina, salt and sugar. The mango madness (thick mango syrup with mango and apple bits) was a delight for the soul.

We selected the buffet section, where the starters consisted of a chaat papdi section, dimsum trolley and salads. For the main course, we opted for baby corn aur teen mirch ka lalfrezi, baked avocado potato with barbeque sauce and mutton Malabar.

Mango moods
If your heart longs for more of the king of fruit, then lay your hands on the dessertsu00a0 which consist of five delights. We ordered for a mango struddel that was rich with raisins and cashews. And the white mango mousse delight, a combination of sponge cake, mango mousse and cream, left us wanting more. The mango tart and the mango Florida cake are also scrumptious.
