Indori, a garment trader, said in court that he was in need of Rs 1 lakh and for that he approached one Khurshed Alam, a professor in Udgir. "Alam asked me to meet him after two days at Baig's cyber cafe. When I went there to meet him, Baig was present and I got introduced to him through Alam," Indroi said. "As I was in need of Rs 1 lakh, Alam got the money from Baig and gave it to me on the condition that I would be paying Rs 1.20 lakh in instalments to Baig, which I returned as per the condition. When I went to Baig's internet cafe to return the money, I saw Mohsin was present there and Baig then introduced me to Mohsin."
After the blast, Indori saw Mohsin's photo in the newspaper, and identified him as Baig's friend. As per the Anti Terrorist Cell chargesheet in the case, the blast conspiracy was hatched at the same internet cafe. "It is one of the most important depositions in the case," Special Public Prosecutor Raja Thakre said.u00a0A Rehman and Kainat Ali Shaikh, who are representing Baig in the case, argued that if Indori had taken money from Baig through Alam, the why can't he remember the date when he borrowed the money.u00a0
