I am: A vegetarian and non- vegetarian. I am not a foodie. I have simple tastes. I like to eat at Oh Calcutta in Kolkata.

In non-vegetarian food: I cannot resist chicken.

I begin my day with: A good cup of tea.

My breakfast consists of: A large bowl of cereal with milk.
After a practice session: I drink plenty of fluids like water, orange juice and eat fresh fruits. I reach home by 11.30 am and have my lunch. Basically, I like home made food.

I lunch: As far as possible at home. It consists of dal, rice some vegetables like potato, patta gobhi, salads and a chicken or meat dish. I like saag also.
My dinner is: Early, by 7.30 or 8 pm. It consists of dal rice sabzi and a meat or a chicken dish. Basically I am a rice eater because we train a lot so we need to eat lots of carbs.

My fitness regime: Workout in the morning and football practice/ swim/ gym in the evening.

Baichung's favourite recipe
Mashed Potato Special
Ingredients
5-6 medium sized potatoes
1 clove of garlic
1 tsp of butter
Little milk
One dollop of fresh cream
Salt to taste
Few fresh ajwain leaves
Salt and pepper (as per taste)
Method
Boil and peel the potatoes.
Mash the potatoes.
Add the chopped clove of garlic and one table spoon of butter.
Add milk and dollop of fresh cream.
Mix well.
Add salt to taste.
Serve hot.
