A typhoon and some other natural disasters bring about the end of the world in the film 2012. And it's the rain that brought down the Inox multiplex at Bund Garden Road last evening. Nikhil Sood and his friends were watching the film in Auditorium No 4, which was houseful, when they sawu00a0 some parts of the roof leaking.
"We found the seats wet and the roof leaking in some places. In spite of that, the movie had begun. It was not possible to watch the film with water falling on our heads," said Sood. "More than the leaking water, we were scared that the ceiling would fall, as I believe it was a false ceiling."

After waiting for some time, around 40 people, including Sood and his friends, came out of the theatre and demanded their money back. Initially the authorities refused, but after some arguments, the money was refunded.
Bipin Jha, general manager, Inox, blamed the entire incident on yesterday's sudden rains. "The rains were unexpected and we were not ready. It's a shameful incident. We have put up a plastic cloth on the ceiling," he said.
