Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's flight to Copenhagen was delayed today after a trolley carrying food items hit the aircraft.
One of the trolleys hit the aircraft at around 12.30 pm while loading food items, causing some minor damages, official sources said.
The flight was supposed to take off at 2.45 pm. Neither the Prime Minister nor any other passenger were on board at the time of the incident.
A standby aircraft was being made ready for the Prime Minister's visit to Copenhagen for attending the climate change conference.
This is the second incident involving a VIP aircraft in the country in just over a week.
