Pakistan violates ceasefire in Poonch

Pakistani troops again violated the bilateral ceasefire in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir late Friday night by firing at Indian troops on the Line of Control (LoC)


"Our troops responded to the unprovoked firing by Pakistan in Digwar village of Poonch and the resulting exchange of fire continued for nearly six hours.

"The firing from the Pakistan side started at 10.30 pm and ended around 4.30 am yesterday," a defence spokesperson said. No loss reported on the Indian side.
