If you are an avid sports fan, head to Crazy Balls Sports Bar at Camp. It has all the pre-requisites of a sports bar, including pool tables, sports memorabilia adorning the walls and a casual atmosphere.

Ambience: You can indulge in a game of basketball, pool or darts to unwind or even hit out at a punching bag.

There are three pool tables, which take up most of the space. There's an enclosed basketball corner where you can practice netting the ball as well as two dartboards fitted on the walls. Larger than life posters of Formula 1 racing cars and of cricketers like Dhoni line the walls and flags from different countries hang down from the ceiling. However, when we had visited, the place was empty perhaps because it was a weekday. Not all the games are free at the sports bar. Be prepared to shell out Rs 150 for a game of snooker and Rs 70 for a game of pool.

We tried: The creativity extends to the menu card as well. The shooters category offers Flaming Lambourghini (Rs 350), which is made from Bailey's Irish cru00c3u00a8me, blue curacao, sambuca, a dash of kahlua and coffee beans.

There is Raging Bull (Rs 200) as well which has vodka, tomato juice and Tobasco. The Vodalon (Rs 250) from the Muddlers section was made from vodka, watermelon, sugar and mint. The mint and watermelon actually overpowered the faint traces of vodka and left us disappointed. From the Crazy Balls Workout section, we ordered Punt (Rs 230), which had tequilla, vodka, lemon, soda and sugar. The combination was perfect and we loved the concoction. The Lebanese Mezze Platter (Rs 210) included pita bread served with herbed cheese, olives and grilled chicken accompanied with Hummus and Tahini. It was strictly average though the Nachos with salsa were crisp and nice.

Service: This was the department where the sports bar lags behind. Perhaps, they felt that since we were the only ones around, they could take their time. We surely did use our waiting time constructively to try ouru00a0 hand at all the games.u00a0
