Armed assailants looted Rs 1 crore and his Toyota Corolla from a property dealer in outer Delhi on Thursday night. The robbers attacked the victim right beneath the Rohini West Metro Station.u00a0u00a0
DCP outer district, Chhaya Sharma, only confirmed that the assailants were not riding bikes and did not reply to anymore questions.
A police source said that RK Goyal, who deals in real estate, and has an office in Rohini Sector 24, was on his way to meet his associates along with a partner when the armed culprits attacked him.
"Goyal was carrying Rs 1 crore in four bags. The assailants fired on his windscreen. Goyal had to stop the car. It was around 9pm. As his car halted the assailants dragged Goyal and his companion out of the car at gunpoint. They then fired in the air to frighten onlookers and rode away," said the police source.
