"Motorists must haveu00a0tax certificate, insurance receipt, driving licence, fitness certificate and PUC certificate while travelling. It has beenu00a0discovered that vehicles meant for transportu00a0purposes are being used for various publicity purposes. Many of them display advertisements illegally. All such vehicles will be fined," Regional Transport Officer Arun Yeola said.
