Golgappa Margarita
for those who prefer it with a desi twist
Ingredients
45 ml Tequila
15 ml Triple Sec or Cointreau
150 ml chilled concoction of water and panipuri masala
10 ml fresh lime
10 ml sugar syrup
Salt
2 green chilies
Finely chopped coriander
Method: Rub a piece of lime on the edge of the Margarita glass and invert into a plate with salt, to give the glass a salt rim. Slice a lime and chillies by the side and slide them on top of the glass. Add 3-4 cubes of ice in a cocktail shaker. Add the Tequila, Triple Sec, fresh lime juice, sugar syrup and the panipuri concoction and shake it. Pour the contents into a glass, adding the coriander on top.
Glass: Margarita glass

Dragon Fly
for those like it their way or the thai way
Ingredients
4-5 Thai sweet basil leaves
4-5 Watermelon chunks
60 ml Vodka
Watermelon juice
A stick of lemongrass
Method: Muddle 4-5 basil leaves in a glass. Add the Vodka and top it with watermelon juice.
Glass: An old-fashioned one
Garnish: Watermelon chunks and a stick of lemon grass

Senorita Celebration
for those who are in a celebratory mode
Ingredients
30 ml Vodka
10 ml Lime Cordial
Chilled Champagne
Method: Stir the Vodka and lime in a mixing glass. Pour the Champagne into the glass and then add the Vodka/lime cordial.
Glass: Champagne flute
Garnish: Lime twist
