Women are confirmed shopoholics and catering to their first love is The Women Entrepreneur Show, which is now in its second year. It was started by Dina and Vinod Vallicha, who used to conduct pre-Diwali shopping exhibitions. "The main aim was to encourage women entrepreneurs to showcase their creativity. All the proceeds go towards the NGO called Arun Ashray, which takes care of abandoned children," states Dina Vallicha.
On display will be ethnic and western bridal wear, winter wear and party-wear for all ages. The products are sourced from Mumbai, Jaipur, Bangalore, Kolkata, Kota, New Delhi and Pune. In terms of jewellery, there will also be diamonds, gold, silver, precious and semi-precious stones and costume jewellery as well. Apart from that, there will be accessories, footwear, handbags and home du00e9cor items like damask-jacquard table linen, bedcovers, quilts, candles, artifacts and designer furniture.
The entrepreneurs selling the products include well-known professionals as well as beginners. "We are happy with the growing numbers of women entrepreneurs who participate in this exhibition," concludes Vallicha.u00a0
