Bullets fired in incident that took place in New Ashok Nagar
Six persons suffered injuries in a gang war that took place in Kondli Village in New Ashok Nagar area of east Delhi. Bullets were fired by both sides but there were no bullet injuries. A passerby made a PCR call.
However, DCP East Prabhakar denied the caller's claim. He said that a scuffle had broken out between two groups in the area in which some people suffered injuries. Prabhakar also said that no one had opened fire during the incident.
But according to the sources, it was a gang war and six to seven rounds of bullets were fired. The fight took place between Ramveer (40) and Chauhan (42). Chauhan was badly beaten by Ramveer's gang. There were 60-70 people from Ramveer's side.
Chauhan runs a hardware store in Kundli and this fight took place at Kundli main market. Ramveer's gang allegedly destroyed Chauhan's hardware shop. The injured persons are undergoing
treatment in a nearby government and their condition is stated to be stable.
