The fan, who didn't wish to be identified, had ordered a replica of the World Cup to be made from flowers as a gift for the CM for her birthday that falls on March 31.
"This bouquet is 6-ft tall and has flowers like imported Lily, Gerbera and Tata Roses. It weighs around 50 kg and the flowers have been joined with leaves and stems," said Shiv Kumar Tiwari, owner of Tiwari Florist in Connaught Place, who has made this bouquet.
