Kids Studios is organising a 5-day 4-night residential camp for kids aged 7 to 15 years. The summer camp will be held at a mango grove in Channapatna amidst serene surroundings. The camp is also conducted for a cause in aid of the underprivileged children at a village near the campsite. Children will be gifting their old toys, clothes and textbooks to the underprivileged children.
The various activities in the program include learning activities like sky gazing with a telescope, team-building, trekking, rappelling, commando crossing, rock climbing, raft building, tent pitching, camping, organic farming and pottery. The camps will be conducted for 3 batches from April 17 to 21, April 30 to May 4 and May 8 to 12.

Photography workshop: The summer photography workshop organised by Getoffurass will be held for children between the age group of 10 to 14. Children will learn photography and other little things like creating a pinhole camera to understand the functioning of a camera. There are also particular exercises designed to enable easy learning of the various aspects of photography and camera fundamentals. Over a period of five days kids will go through a set of theory sessions and field visits to create opportunities for obtaining great images and also to understand what makes a good image. Each field visit will be followed by a group review session of images.
The trip will be lead by photographer teacher Hellmuth Conz and Tito Chandy who runs Dream Catcher School, who will plug in sessions for alternative learning and life skills.
