Young professionals go great lengths to get a job and some frauds use it to their advantage.

An IT company in Noida Sector 2 allegedly duped 40 young IT executives of lakhs of rupees by offering them jobs at Rs 40,000 each and sacking them even before they could complete one year.
"All 40 executives were dismissed on the charges of misconduct and we were told that the company is being shifted to Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh," said Gagan Chauhan, one of the sacked employees.
AN IT Solutions Private Ltd recruited over 100 IT professionals in August last year. All of them were made to sign a bond in which they were asked to pay Rs 40,000 as security deposit to be returned to them on completion of one year without any interest. They were also promised a remuneration of Rs 8,000 per month.

However, the payment went irregular from the first month itself, it was alleged.
u00a0"We were not given any salary for the first two months. When we protested we were given a cheque for
Rs 5,500 in October but all of them bounced. The security amount was also forfeited," added Gagan.
On Tuesday, some of the sacked employees got to know that Ashish Kumar Trivedi and Neelmani Pandey, directors of AN IT Solutions Pvt Ltd, were in Noida. They told the employees the company was being shifted to Kanpur. The employees called the police and got them arrested.u00a0 "Prima facie the case seems genuine and we are also looking into records of the directors," said Senior Superintendent of Police, Noida, AK Singh.
