A group of engineers in Bangalore have come up with a unique initiative to teach traffic rules and road sense to the techies and college students of the city.
Vishwanath Seetharam, a software engineer working in AOL, and his friends have made a 30-minute documentary featuring the traffic chaos, law violations and road rages, to create awareness among IT company employees and students. The documentary will be screened at various IT companies and colleges in the city and the CDs will also be distributed free to all the companies.
"Our initiative has a simple message in it. It is an attempt to impart basic traffic lessons to IT sector employees and college students, who are the major contributors to the city traffic," said Vishwanath Seetharam.
