While all fingers pointed at ULFA involvement in yesterday's twin blasts in Assam, an unidentified caller said the rebel outfit was not responsible.

The caller, identifying himself as an ULFA commander, told local media that the blasts were an attem-pt to sabotage peace dialog- ue. Seven people were killed and 60 injured in the blasts.
